Now that I have been in the blogging world for a while, I thought I should introduce myself. In my professional life, I work for Beau Monde Productions, which produces several consumer trade shows including the Food&Drink Fest…the Festival with Taste, which takes place in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. This line of work is a fabulous fit with my personal interests as it allows me to try new restaurants, wines, the occasional beer, and chat with top chefs, wine makers, connoisseurs and brew masters in the Southern Ontario Region on a daily basis! Tasting and talking about local terroir and international food delights…can’t think of a better way to spend my days. While I love to explore the Southern Ontario culinary scene, I certainly am not top chef material. However, I have found my niche in the domestic world with baking every kind of cookies, cakes, tarts, breads and can find a recipe for.
